What is Vagisil?
The Vagisil product line was created to give relief from intense itching by yeast infection, halt vaginal odor, give a cooling effect to soothe vaginal irritation. Vagisil product range includes different types of anti itch creams, the anti itch medicated wipes, screening kit, feminine washes, medicated wipes, feminine moisturizer and feminine deodorant powder.
How Does Vagisil Work?
Surprsingly, ingredients of Vagisil treatments are not listed on their website, which is not particularly reassuring, not knowing what the ingredients in the products are.

However, The Vagisil site does explain that Vagisil Satin, contains the steroid hydrocortisone to provide relief from skin irritation.
To apply Vagisil, use a small finger tip amount on the affected body part.
Vagisil and Men
As the name suggests, Vagisil products were created for women and not for men. Turning to their website, there are no indications if men can use Vagisil products. Unfortunately Vagisil is not a yeast infection treatment for men.
